We are Year 2 and 3 learners at Ruapotaka School in Auckland, New Zealand. We have lots of different cultures in our classroom and we try hard to use the values of respect, responsibility, resilience and integrity in our learning, thinking, behaviour, words, actions and attitude. Our teacher is Mrs Golder.

It's the start of our second Lockdown for the year and Room 3 tamariki is back to online learning again. It's great to see Steven focusing on his tasks while he is staying at home and he is using the Room 3 Learning Hub to support his learning. Ka pai Steven!

Drip, Drip, Drop, Drop
It’s been raining a lot since the start of Term 3. Here are our rain pictures. We did paper folding to create the octagons and then drew the lines that the folds created to make our colourful umbrellas. Then we observed the raindrops that fell from the grey sky.
Drip, drip, drop, drop
In rainy puddles I love to plop.
Splish, splash, pour, pour,
Now it's raining even more.
