We are Year 2 and 3 learners at Ruapotaka School in Auckland, New Zealand. We have lots of different cultures in our classroom and we try hard to use the values of respect, responsibility, resilience and integrity in our learning, thinking, behaviour, words, actions and attitude. Principals' Award: JJ and Novi
At today's whole school assembly JJ and Novi received their Principal's Award.
JJ's award was for helping his teacher to organise classroom activities. Novi received hers for listening to and following classroom rules.

Class of 2021
These are our tamariki in Room 9. This is our first week in school. We read a Big Book called 'Smile' said Dad. In the story Dad tried to get his family to smile while taking photos. So our teacher Mrs Golder did the same thing. She took a class photo and here we are smiling for our teacher.
